Pilates is now enjoyed by a wide range of clients, ranging from those returning to exercise after illness or trauma, to highly tuned athletes. Over the last decade Mat work classes have consistently become part of our weekly routine, increasing mind and body awareness and improving our daily functions.
Pilates has had life changing results for clients, as the range of exercises are skillfully woven together during mat classes, allowing for improved posture and body alignment.
At Good Condition Lesley’s goal is to help you create a stronger, leaner body without the tension normally associated with resistance exercise. We aim for effortless movement, with improved sense of well being at the forefront.
All Pilates equipment is provided at our centre, so clients can enjoy our classes without having to purchase their own.
