Small group training is ideal for clients wanting to exercise in the company of others at Good Condition. We provide a variety of classes for both men and women to enjoy the atmosphere of mixed ability fitness sessions.

On occasion clients will contact us to enquire about our classes and how many other people will be attending. We are always happy to invite you to come in and try out a small group fitness session to actually experience the fun and lively feel, whilst in the knowledge we only allow for a maximum of 10 people per class to ensure everyone gets a hands-on experience.
