You can attend a mixed ability class in a maximum of 6 clients, male and female, on a very small budget. A lively, fun and relaxed atmosphere is the norm, as the majority of attendees are working professionals who simply want to end the day with healthy exercise, guaranteed to help you de-stress and work off unwanted body weight.

Small group training is ideal if you are ok with others in your exercise sessions. We often change the type of classes, to help keep things fresh and ensure you don’t get bored. Here are some of the classes we offer at Good Condition.
